Aap Ka Awas LLP is a research and development center for developing building components evolving construction technologies primarily aimed for usage by the masses of India.

Our Story

Our founder and co-founder have closely worked under the aegis of Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), National Building Organization (NBO), Building Materials Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) HUDCO, Development Alternatives, TERI, Indian Green Building Council, Indian Building Congress, United Nations Environment Project, Construction Industry Development Council, Institution of Engineers (IEI), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and have developed improvised, modernised various building components & systems that are cost effective, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient that are built by indigenously designed machines and technological solutions making a comprehensive process of construction of houses environmentally friendly, speedy and cost effective.

One of the system is named Integrated Hybrid Solution-One (IHS-One). The system has been tested, demonstrated and disseminated through various housing projects of the Government of India and the private sector of India and which has received its registration with the Government of India (PACS, BMTPC) in January 2020.
