Engineered, factory-made, and validated against Indian IS codes — the IHS-One system replaces the slow, wasteful steps of in-situ construction with parts that fit together precisely.
A short animation of the Nutan walling and Prabal roofing system going up — interlocking bricks, precast joists, and planks forming a complete, monolithic structure.

Interlocking bricks — hence faster and more accurate. Nutan bricks interlock vertically and horizontally, with no mortar joints and no plastering. Wastage is negligible, and full and half bricks give clean corners and junctions.

Factory-cast reinforced concrete joists are placed across walls on bed blocks, then carry the planks above. They replace conventional shuttering and the long curing wait of in-situ slabs.
Planks rest across the joists and are aligned, then topped with a haunch fill, steel binding and a ferrocement course to form a monolithic composite slab — a complete roof in days, with up to 200% faster roofing.

IHS components are built to recognised Indian standards and vetted by the country's leading institutions.
